Project management
is a set of comprehensive services, which includes the management and
coordination of all design, procurement and construction activities, as
well as the implementation, and coordination of the various tasks that
form part of the client's overall project workload. As project manager, VINHDAT Corporation provides single source accountability and serves as the equivalent of an in-house project implementation department operating free of conflicts of interest.
